Guinness came to Isobar looking for a promotional app that would entice customers old and new to enjoy a Guinness. They wanted to offer customers promotional freebies and various chances to win prizes of varying degrees. Users would be able to locate the nearest bar/pub that is serving Guinness. The user can check into the bar/pub through the app which will push their location to twitter / facebook. When the user interacts with the app through check-ins the chances of being rewarded are increased. It includes redemption functionality where customers could win free pints that they could also share with friends and family. Guinness asked for a design that would reflect their brand and its values and was both current and on trend. They wanted it to be simple clean and visually engaging. They wanted it to be on both iOS and Android.
